The nursery is looking really good, although Nick is still trying to find time to put up the curtain rods for me. She is still moving around a lot, which I enjoy, except when she kicks me under my ribs. She gets the hiccups a lot, which is kind of funny.

34 weeks!
We're getting closer!!! We had our last prenatal class this week, and Mom and Dad came along with us for a refresher course on newborn care. We had our 34 week appointment today. I'm still measuring exactly where I should, which means Isabella should be about average size, although we're pretty sure she'll be long! We had a little ultrasound today (I say little because it was a portable device, not the main one) just to check her position. She is head down!! Of course she could still turn, but right now things are looking really good. We couldn't really see much on the ultrasound, just the outline of certain parts, like her head, her spine, her little beating heart, and her bladder (which was full, we were told).
I am managing to survive this heat, although it is making me really tired. Robyn and I went for a walk last night, at 8:00, when the temperature was still about 97. After our walk we turned on the sprinkler and just hung out in the cool water for about 45 minutes. It was just glorious! Although I have only gained about 4 pounds this past 4 weeks, I am starting to feel really BIG! Here is a picture to prove my point. And I still have about 6 weeks left to grow!
