Lately she has really increased the use of her hands. She loves playing with cups - she will bang them against something or even bang them together to make noise. She can also sit up unassisted now and likes sitting on the floor and playing. She is starting to babble more - her newest sound is "larlarlarlar". We'll have to try to get that on tape. She is still little miss social, trying to get reactions out of everyone. But she plays shy when they actually talk to her and she doesn't really like to be held by strangers.
She is starting to vary her sleeping positions some. She has slept on her stomach at the sitter's but not at home. But we have gone in at night to find her sleeping on her side. Which is hilarious because we're so used to seeing her on her back. And even more funny because she sleeps on her left side, but she only rolls to the right. Last night I had laid her in her crib to put her in her sleep sack and her paci was in the corner. She stretched out and reached across her body with her opposite hand, grabbed the paci, turned it around, and popped it in her mouth! I'm telling you she is growing up so fast!
