She's a talker!

Look at those teeth!

All day long...bbbbb dddd dadada aahhhahhhaa hahah blablablabla and shrieking and laughing. Her latest thing is to talk when her mouth is closed. Sounds crazy I know, but evidently it is really fun. She's a social baby for sure. She has been eating some finger foods and is so proud of herself when she gets food in her mouth. She also likes dancing, clapping, looking at the pictures on the wall, and waving at the toys on her shelf. We went to the Natural Science Center this week and she was waving and shrieking at all of the animals. She is trying to do some signs. We have been doing some of the basics with her, such as "eat", "more", "all done" "milk" and "water". She has been trying to do more, all done, and milk. We need to learn some more. She still isn't crawling, I really thought she'd be crawling by now. She can get up on all fours but usually has one leg bent in front so when she moves her arms she can't go anywhere. She tends to get frustrated with it. She can sit up on her own, something she likes to do in her crib. She still loves the pool! She splashes and splashes. Oh and she's the master of the forced whine. She has also learned how to scream. She is a fun, fun girl. She is usually very very happy. We have been filling our summer days with playdates, storytime at the library, walking, going to the pool, and playing. Mommy has given up for now on the naps. She will take usually 2 naps a day but always in my lap. She loves books. She loves to be read to and will whine when the book is finished until we read it again. Some of her favorites are Brown Bear, Brown Bear, Ten Tiny Tadpoles, My Sister's Rusty Bike, Goodnight Moon, Cock-a-doodle Blue, and her newest favorite is Panda Bear, Panda Bear, What do you see? She still only has her two bottom teeth (you can see those in the picture) but I think she's working on some top ones because she always has her hands in her mouth and is drooooooling all the time.

Isabella sends a shout-out to Jashon and wishes she could have also seen Mary and the girls.
