It is hard to believe little Boots is 9 months already!! 3 months until she turns 1. Where is the time going? I think she's going to be a little pistol! She is so determined and curious. She still isn't crawling, but she is getting closer. Nick said this morning, she got up on all 4s and tried to move her legs. Isabella is NOT going to like it. She already whines when Bailey is touching or kicking her or her stuff. So the fact that Bailey will soon be on the move and into everything is not going to sit well with Isabella. Bailey is doing lots of babbles and may have even said her first word! She can wave bye bye and will say "baa baa" when she waves. She babbles baa baa baa all the time but will look at her waving hand and say "baa baa", so I think that counts! I guess bye bye is her first sign but her second one is the sign for dog, which is panting. She gets a kick out of the dogs - two other beings that will NOT be happy when she starts crawling. Snickers especially, since she is having a harder time getting up and down the stairs these days. Poor Snick-ack-ack-kees. She is on another nursing strike again :( She hasn't nursed since I went back to work on Monday. Her hand is always in her mouth and she is fussy a lot, so I guess that it's just teething. Grrrrr...I hope it ends SOON!

ETA: Her stats were 21 lbs, 1 oz, which is just under the 90th percentile and 29 inches long, which is right about the 90th percentile.
