Some favorites

I raided my Dad's camera the other night and wanted to share some favorite pictures from the past year!

These next few are from the Life and Science Museum in Durham. We went there on Mother's Day this year.

At first I thought this was from Bailey's birthday but it was kind of cold that weekend, so I guess this is just from sometime this summer.

The rest of these are from when I took the girls up to Beech Mountain this summer to visit my parents.

She calls him "BobBob" now

Had to make this one extra large because I love it so!

We got in the creek...obviously the girls weren't afraid to get wet!

If you ever find yourself in Banner Elk, it is worth your time to go to the park there. Not only is there a great stream that is perfect for wading, but there is a paved walking trail, lots of open space for running around or playing ball, a little amphitheater for summer music performances, and two playgrounds. This one above is really suited for older kids but it has this really fun slide. It is made up of rollers, much like the luggage thingy at the airport. It is like nothing I'd ever seen before, and it is a lot of fun!
