Eating at last!

We did it! We finally started solids with our little chunker. We have decided to feed her homemade food as much as possible so we have started with rice that has been ground up, cooked, and thinned with breastmilk. She thinks it is kind of strange but seems to be enjoying it for the most part. As you can see from the pictures, she doesn't enjoy each and every bite! We videoed the first day (Sunday), but I don't know if I can get the whole 8 minute video uploaded. So here are some pictures from the first two days. Oh and another thing that will be changing is the bath frequency. She's not even playing with her food yet but she's already covered in rice when we are finished! So long once a week baths! Oh and she has outgrown her little baby tub so now her baths will be in the big bathtub!

You have just read Isabella's very first blog posting! It sure is fun to type on the keyboard like mommy!
Yesterday's weather was so crazy! We woke up to it snowing! I think it snowed 3 times yesterday. And two days earlier it was in the 70s! Luckily though, the weather is supposed to warm back up. I can't wait to enjoy the weather for the next few days of break.
