Game of the day

1. Take socks (gocks) off Mommy.

2. Open linen closet door.

3. Put socks on shelf.

4. Close door.

5. Open door.

6. Take socks off shelf.

7. Close door.

8. Repeat, starting with step 2.

This game was fun for probably about 10 minutes! Then she put the socks in a drawer. I thought that would last another 10 minutes but then she decided I needed to put my socks back on.


It is raining SO hard right now! We really needed a good rain. Thankfully, it held out until last night. We had the 13th Annual Guilford Day School Golf Classic yesterday and it only started sprinkling after dinner had ended. It was a great day for a golf tournament! I am hoping that the thunder quiets down a little bit so that it doesn't hamper Isabella going to sleep.


The big news of this weekend was that Isabella got her first haircut! I would post pictures but...it is raining so hard...my camera is in the car. Later. I got my hair cut too, really chopped short! It was time for some shorter hair for both of us.


We had another showing today, a 2nd showing!! Fingers are crossed!
