Isabella has been trying to accomplish three major gross-motor skills lately.
1. Climb onto the couch (some success)
2. Jumping - this is one of the funniest things. She will crouch down and then throw her hands in the air, sometimes going up onto her tiptoes or in this picture, lifting 1 foot off the ground. Sometimes she leans back so far that she plops down on her bottom.
3. Forward somersault - the closest she can come to this independently is putting her head on the ground and using both hands to pull on her ankles. Also amusing.
