Last night when I was rocking Isabella before bedtime, she pulled up my shirt and laid her head on my "really big belly". She wanted me to sing the "Baby Bailey song", which of course, I had to make up. Nick is much better at making up songs than I am, but I have had a lot of practice over the past 2 1/2 years. Last night I was able to pull together a little something to the tune of Raffi's Baby Beluga all about Bailey coming soon and Isabella being a good big sister. The first time I sang Isabella's name she pointed to herself and said "ME!" She enjoyed the song and after making me sing it over and over again, even started to sing along. She also patted my belly and said "Baby Bailey, are you awake? Mommy, Baby Bailey is on a walk." And she gave my belly a "biiig hug and a kiss!" So I think she, like Nick and I, is getting ready for Bailey's arrival. I am predicting a March 30 or 31 birthday, but who knows. I have my next appointment on April 1, when I will have a non-stress test. As long as she is ok, they won't make me be induced. As Vicki said yesterday "I've never had a single patient who never went into labor!" I don't want to be induced, but I really hope I'm not fully 2 weeks late!

Vickie is very wise! I'm praying she's on-call the day you do have Bailey!!! :)
Yes, I would LOVE for her to deliver Bailey! She was on call for the first 12 hours at the hospital with Isabella but I delivered 2 hours after she went off duty. Hopefully my labor is shorter and Vicki gets to deliver her!
I love the Burlington park! I have pics of my sis and me riding on the train when we were little. Let's meet when you and Bailey are ready for it. I will never forget her birthday if she comes in the next few days. Bill's bday is the 28th, Mom's is the 29th and one of my sis' is the 30th. Maybe Bailey will fall in line. What a sweet little lady Isabella is. It sounds like she's as ready as a toddler can be. My thoughts are with you!
