I can't believe that today is Isabella's 1 month birthday! This past month has been wonderful and crazy all at the same time. She is such a precious addition to our lives!
At one month, she is still sleeping with me (we have moved to the bed and kicked Nick to the couch), she still eats (and poops) pretty frequently, she is making lots of adorable baby noises, she is wearing stage 2 diapers and her clothes are size 3 months or 3-6 months, she weighs over 12 pounds, and is starting to fill out, she loves looking in the mirror and also out the window when she is laying on her changing table, she usually doesn't cry unless she is hungry, she loves being held, I think she is on the verge of smiling at us, she is starting to get over her baby acne but has developed cradle cap, she still has ALL that HAIR, she seems to like taking baths in her bathtub, and she is just a sweet little girl and we love her!
We went to our 2nd "Baby and Me" class today. We have met one little baby who is Isabella's age, but is literally about half her size! Most of the other babies are older than Isabella, but it has been nice to get out of the house and meet new people.
Since about yesterday afternoon, Isabella's temperament has been much better (thank goodness!). It must have been something I ate or drank the day before.
