Well, with only 6 1/2 hours left in September and no contractions in sight, I guess it's probably safe to say that Miss Isabella is going to be an October baby. I have no problem with that! I have tons of friends and family with October birthdays that she could possibly share the day with. Just off the top of my head...both of my grandmothers, Riley Partin, Covell, Janet Cannon, Leslie Carbone, Anna D, Emma Deasy, and I'm sure I'm leaving someone out. One of my grandmothers (if memory serves me correctly) has an October 2 birthday, so that would be neat. Most of the people listed above have mid to late October birthdays, so there's no chance she'd share. Anyway...other than feeling antsy, we're doing well here at the Aceves house. I developed a yukky cold in the middle of the week which kept me up almost all night on Wednesday. But it's 95% gone now, and I've been sleeping much better. I love the weather - it's been mid 70s and we've had the windows open all weekend. I can actually walk during the day instead of having to wait until the sun goes down and it cools off. Guylene pointed out today that next weekend, no matter what happens, we'll be at home with a baby! I can't believe that the time is finally here. Even though I don't really want to be induced, it is a good feeling to know that the waiting is almost over.
Well, if I do end up being induced, I'll probably post again before Thursday night. But if I start labor on my own, the next post on this blog might have pictures of Isabella!!
